So, my song 'The 99 Steps' has been copyright-striked on newgrounds as it sounds similar to 2 different songs. Only because I used samples and loops, which I think might not be under TOS Now that I think of it. So I might just take-down the song to get it over with.

Hope you can wait for a long fucking time because I and @Diamondmanpixel76 are dealing with the same bullshit, I think its been a month ever since I have appealed and they still have not unbanned me from posting music

Well, it's probably because premade samples and loops aren't allowed in the first place. Even if they are labelled as royalty-free or free to use, using those is against Newgrounds Rules.

If you made something original and still got copyright claimed for it, then you can appeal it. Just follow the instructions you get in a PM and DO NOT close the appeal. A lot of people seem to accidentally close their appeal, which means it gets discarded and is no longer open for review. There is also an audio appeal thread in the forums.
